Marianna Abrahamyan – 2016

Marianna Abrahamyan, born in 1988 in Yerevan, Armenia, is currently living in England and studied in Norway with Professor Sveinung Bjelland (University of Agder) after earning the highest awards at the Komitas Conservatory in Yerevan, Armenia.
Holder of several prizes and awards in England, France, Russia and Germany, she followed the master classes of great masters such as Jura Margulis, Paul Badura-Scoda, Klaus Hellwig, and very attracted by vocal art, she worked in complicity with great singers, directors or conductors; she thus uses her reading skills, memory, speed, flexibility, which directs her quite naturally towards contemporary texts.
She brings them sensitivity, naturalness, sincerity, a real freshness that does not prevent a demanding and professional reading.
Marianna Abrahamyan is the second prize winner and winner of five special awards at the Orléans Concours International in 2016 (France).
