Opening concert: Pierre-Laurent Aimard & Lorenzo Soulès

It is a great honour for us to welcome to the Salle de l’Institut one of the greatest figures on the international piano scene, Pierre-Laurent Aimard, master of Lorenzo Soulès, who enchanted us in 2023 with his Tour of the Centre-Val de Loire Region and his disc Images… focusing on Claude Debussy and contemporaries in search of the French sound. In this recital for four hands and two pianos, we find Lorenzo Soulès with his master in two works by Claude Debussy and some more recent works. A wonderful opening to this anniversary edition!
