Concert of the 14th International piano competition of Orléans Laureates

At the end of each year of the International piano competition of Orléans, a performance is given at the Théâtre des Bouffes du Nord in Paris by the finalists, including 1st Prize “Blanche Selva” laureate. It will be the occasion to hear Pascal Dusapin piece, Piano Works n°3 Black Letters played by SACEM Prize laureate. Chamber piano concerto – for piano(s) and ensemble by Agata Zubel will be interpreted by Polska Music Prize laureate and supported by Adam Mickiewicz Institute in partnership with Polska Music.

Following the last French government announcements the event initially at 8:30pm will be at 7:00pm.

Programme:

  • Pascal Dusapin, Piano Works n°3 Black Letters – Performed by SACEM Prize laureate
  • Agata ZubelChamber piano concerto – for piano(s) and ensemble with the Ensemble intercontemporain conducted by Simon Proust – Performed by the Polska Music Prize laureate
  • Pieces of the 20th and 21st centuries repertoire – Finalists will play some of the best performances of their programme.
